Please select the desired booking destination group from the menu in the left column. Then open the booking calendar for the desired destination. The booking is made either by painting the desired time slot on the calendar or by clicking on the time slot in the calendar. After making a selection, the program will move you to the shopping cart, from where you can return to make a new selection.

A fee is charged for booking some facilities. Payment is made in the shopping cart by going to the online payment service. Other facilities and all supplies can be booked/borrowed free of charge.

Please note that user groups authorized to book/borrow have been defined for the facilities. Check that you have the necessary rights and if different user groups are charged different fees, select the fee corresponding to your user group.

Always remember to cancel your reservation if you do not need it. Cancellations are made from the menu item My reservations. Please agree with the system administrator about canceling a paid reservation.
